Distribution Day: Saturday, July 26th
We have 868 students registered!
All students in preschool-8th grade who have pre-registered, will receive 2 school uniforms (khaki shorts and polo shirts), a pair of sneakers and socks, and a backpack with school supplies.

We Need You!
We host this program to help ensure that each of the students in our neighborhood start off the school year ready for success. The cost to provide all these items is $50 per student. Would you consider sponsoring a child? Any donation amount will go a long way towards helping these students start the school year off on the right foot.

Registration
Registration is Closed
Applicants must reside in Avondale, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Cashion, or Tolleson
The following documents will be required in person or uploaded online in order to receive assistance:
- Photo ID
- Birth Certificates or Proof of Guardianship for all children 8th grade and under
- Proof of Current Address in one of the cities served (photo id, current utility bill, current rental agreement, etc.)
- Proof of income for all members of the household (SSDI, SSI, Cash assistance, Section 8, SNAP, Child support, unemployment, pay stubs, etc.)
Failure to provide the required information during in-person registration or to upload required documents when registering online, will result in an incomplete application.
